This is a woman from Barkerville, a restored old-west mining town where actors dress in period clothing and re-enact scenes that may have happened in the past. This woman is acting the part of Miss Wendle, a lady of the time. She actually does home baking and offers it to the tourists. She graciously allowed me to take her photograph so I could paint the scene.
